This unit will draw on the student’s prior learning including professional or ministerial experience to enhance their capacities for leadership and management in faith-based and community organisations. It explores systems and practices that impact pastoral situations, examines conflict management approaches, analyses complex problem solving methods and strategies for managing change to equip students with the skills to develop their own leadership pathways.
