Following on from the unit 'Leading Self', this unit enables student to explore factors that contribute to developing other leaders, building teams, mobilizing volunteers, dealing with conflict, and leading change. Students will explore how these factors contribute to developing leaders in local a church/organization, through active participation in a placement during their program.
