Particular attention is paid to the concept of authentic leadership as it is understood and expressed through the Lutheran Education Australia leadership framework Growing Deep. In addition to an educational leadership lens, one or more theological lenses, most notably the theology of the cross, will be used to assist in the process of evaluating leadership theory from a Christian perspective and in a Christian education context.
