In this unit students will explore theological and practical perspectives on Christian leadership with a view to equipping the student for Christian ministry and service. Students will explore Christian leadership theologies and practices while examining their own development as leaders. Students will focus on such issues as: • Biblical and theological issues in Christian leadership. • Developing as a Christian leader. • Leading and managing churches and organisations. • Current issues in Christian leadership, such as systems theories, leadership styles and approaches, women in leadership, cultural intelligence, conflict transformation, leading change and spiritual leadership.
