This unit explores a range of theological texts for engagement in social justice as well as the foundational principles that undergird such engagement. The student will draw on these texts and principles to inform their own activist practice, whether as an active participant or in 'desktop audits' of the work of a social justice agency or activity. Approaches include Liberationist, Black, Feminist, Womanist, Queer, and Indigenous theologies.
