This unit is part of our NAIITS Indigenous theology program, which provides the opportunity for both indigenous and non-indigenous participants to explore theology, history and the practice of ministry from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and world Indigenous perspectives.

Students enrolling in units within this program are asked to complete a NAIITS Application form. This is additional to the University enrolment form. The NAIITS Application form is reviewed by the NAIITS staff coordinating and delivering the units to provide them with some background and context for the class group. They may contact you to introduce themselves, get to know you a little and give you the opportunity to find out more about the unit content, how it will be delivered and the learning community in which you will participate. This all assists the NAIITS team in creating an inclusive learning environment for all participants.

NAIITS: An Indigenous Learning Community is based in North America. The NAIITS representative in Australia who may contact you is Naomi Wolfe, who also has a role as First Peoples Coordinator within the University of Divinity.

NAIITS Application form available from https://www.whitley.edu.au/study/specialist-programs/naiits/ Please email completed NAIITS Application form to registrar@whitley.edu.au
