Delivery Notes:
  • Delivery Lectures will take place at Pilgrim Theological College, between 6pm and 9pm each Tuesday evening of semester. The External-Online Synchronous mode will meet at the same time as the Face-to-Face unit.The three hours each week will include both lecture input and tutorial discussions.
  • Class Preparation Pre-reading will be set for each week as preparation for the lecture. It will be provided electronically. Each week’s tutorial will focus on consolidating the critical issues raised in the previous week’s lecture. Short classic or contemporary texts will be set as the focus of the tutorial.
  • Attendance Expectations Students are expected to attend all classes. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from being in class you are enouraged to contact the lecturer in advance.
  • Workload Expectations: Students studying in this unit are expected set aside nine hours per week throughout the semester including the mid-semester break in order to complete the required readings, class participation activities, and assessment tasks.
