The unit explores Catholic teaching on human sexuality in general; it considers the implications of this teaching for vocations such as marriage and family, for varied lifestyles, and committed relationships; it addresses social issues pertaining to sex and sexuality in contemporary society as well as the nature and context of education in human sexuality.
