Content

Building on the concepts of leadership expressed by James Mcgregor Burnes and Bass and Riggio’s, this unit explores models of transformational leadership in light of both Scripture and Christian leadership traditions. Students will explore the nature and practice of leadership with personal and organisational transformation as key objectives. The development of an informed and biblical model of transformational leadership alongside an intentional strategy for personal growth and development as a transformational leader will provide a key focus of the unit.
